Whether you’re on a relaxing vacation or stuck on the couch with an annoying chest infection, there are a few ways to stay strong during downtime.
1. Do Light Cardio- Get your friends and family involved. Opt to walk or ride bikes rather than drive if possible.
2. Incorporate Some Resistance Training- Push ups, sit ups, resistance bands, your suit case, books or a case of water can be used for squats.
3. Eat Right- Drink lots of water, no soda, limit sugar, eat fewer carbs than you would when working out more frequent and absolutely no fried food.
4. Love Yourself- Take care of your self, its cheaper to take care of your self now then having to pay medical bills later.
